David Horsfall
David Horsfall co-founded Iconx in October 2010, having previously spent 17 years as National Service Manager for the UK’s leading operator of photobooths. As CEO, Dave has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on shaping current and future strategy. Dave also remains closely involved in the ongoing development of technology and related R&D opportunities.
Phillip Moss
Phil Moss joined Iconx in September 2019. Having previously run his own manufacturing business, he has held various senior roles in FMCG and has extensive experience dealing with all of the 6 leading UK supermarkets. As Managing Director, Phil is responsible for the successful operation of the business, and creating a scalable environment for growth.
Karl Teulon
Karl Teulon co-founded Iconx with David Horsfall in 2010. This included developing a number of service revenue streams from his previous business involvements. As Business Development Director, Karl has a wealth of knowledge in identifying and on-boarding new opportunities and key accounts, including building lasting partner relationships.
Peter Wear
Peter Wear joined Iconx in April 2017. Pete was previously a Director in the Thames Valley’s leading corporate finance boutique, and advised Dave and Karl on the successful raise of investment in that same year.
As Finance Director, Pete looks after all finance and admin functions within the business, including stakeholder relations and funding.

Iconx owns and operates over 650 key cutting machines in retailers throughout the UK under the My Key Machine brand. From the initial design, 4 generations of residential key cutting machine have now been developed since 2010. These remain the most technologically advanced key cutting machines in the world.
Since 2019, Iconx has been developing the next generation of key cutting machines. These highly advanced machines have the capability of cutting automotive keys as well as residential & security keys. They represent a huge step forward in Iconx’s technological development & will be operated under the KeyNOW brand in the UK.
