Our team have extensive experience of patent registration and can support you through that process, if required. With a clear focus on the design brief and customer requirements, we appreciate the need to combine function and practicality with convenient and consumer appeal.
We equally understand the challenges of the physical retail environment and will design solutions which are suitably robust to withstand their operating environment. We will ensure that they are also customer focused and aesthetically pleasing, for maximum exposure and repeat usage.
Design for Practicality
Typically, we will seek to create modular designs that allow part or whole assembly replacements, saving time and cost, whilst minimising downtime. For vended product solutions, fast and easy stock replenishment is always paramount.
Using the very latest CAD software, our specialist in-house design engineers will produce detailed product design drawings. Upon request, we will produce prototypes in-house to test and refine until we have a working solution that meets all requirements. Once designs have been agreed, we can create a full Bill of Materials ready for precision fabrication and manufacturing assembly.
We will continue to offer our support and co-operation, long after initial design completion. Many of our clients return to us as their long-term design and development partner.
